Return and Refund

Eligibility for Return & Refund: Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods. The products must be kept unused, intact, with original packaging and complete accessories, and not damaged artificially.

Full Refund: We provide full refund services for defective products, wrong goods delivered and serious product quality problems caused by our side.

Partial Refund & Return: For personal reasons such as inappropriate size and dislike of style, customers can apply for return. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer, and we will refund the product amount after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Non-Refundable Situation: Products damaged artificially, used products, products beyond the 30-day return period, and customized personalized products do not support return and refund.

Processing Time: After we receive and confirm the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account.
